Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction: FAN AGENCY offers a referral program that rewards individuals or companies who contribute to our growth by referring new clients. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the referral program.

Eligibility and Participation: Anyone, whether an individual or a company, can participate in our referral program simply by connecting potential clients with FAN AGENCY. Participants are not required to be involved in negotiations or managing referred projects.

Program Rules:

1. Commission:

  • General: Participants earn a 10% commission on the total invoiced amount FAN AGENCY receives from the referred client during the first six months.

  • Exclusions: Commissions will not be recognized on amounts invoiced for third-party payments made by the agency on behalf of the client, such as payments to advertising platforms like Google, Meta, etc. However, commissions will apply to the fees charged by the agency for the exclusive management and administration of online or offline media.

  • Special Conditions for Events: For event-related services, commissions will be calculated solely on net profits, after deducting the direct costs incurred by the agency for service delivery.

2. Commission Cap: The total maximum commission per referred client will not exceed USD 10,000 or its equivalent in local currency.

3. Referral Process: Participants only need to connect potential clients with FAN AGENCY. The agency will handle the rest, including proposals and complete client management.

4. Commission Payments: Commission payments will be made quarterly, within 10 business days following the client’s full payment.

5. Required Documentation: The recipient of the commission must issue a document certifying the payment received, such as an invoice or receipt, in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Program Modifications:

FAN AGENCY reserves the right to modify any aspect of the referral program, including commission percentages, program terms, or termination, with prior notice to participants.

Acceptance of Terms:

Participation in the referral program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
