Authorization and Personal Data Treatment:

The customer authorizes FAN AGENCY S.A.C., with RUC No. 20600888936, domiciled at Av. De Los Ingenieros 962 Dpto 301, Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru, and FAN DIGITAL AGENCY S DE RL, with RFC FDA221021HJ8, domiciled at Av. Hidalgo 501 int. B, San Pedro de Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, to process the personal data declared through this channel. Personal Data will be stored and processed in our database, according to the current personal data protection regulations in Peru, Mexico, and the U.S. (in compliance with the CCPA for U.S. residents).

Purposes of Data Processing:

Personal Data will be processed indefinitely until the client requests its deletion or revokes this authorization, for the following purposes:

  • Send commercial, promotional, and advertising information related to our services and products.

  • Carry out commercial prospecting.

  • Store and process personal data for statistical and/or historical purposes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.

Exercise of ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) and CCPA Rights:

The Client may exercise their ARCO rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their Personal Data. In addition, U.S. residents (including California residents) have the right to request the deletion of their personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information, and the right to access the specific information collected about them, according to CCPA guidelines. To do this, they must send a request including their name, documents proving their identity, a clear description of the data they seek to exercise their rights on, and their address or means to receive responses. This request should be sent to the email address info@fan.pe or to the physical addresses provided in Peru or Mexico.

Claims:

If you believe that your request has not been satisfactorily addressed, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data in Peru, the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) in Mexico, or the relevant regulatory authority in the U.S., such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state’s Attorney General Office for issues related to CCPA compliance.
