Sin embargo, antes de convertir un <code>form_submit<\/code> en evento clave, confirma que corresponda a un env\u00edo exitoso y no a un intento fallido.<\/p>\n\n  <p>La opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fiable es activar el evento cuando aparece un mensaje de \u00e9xito, cuando el formulario env\u00eda un evento al <code>dataLayer<\/code> o cuando el usuario llega a una p\u00e1gina exclusiva de agradecimiento. Evita medir \u00fanicamente el clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cEnviar\u201d: puede registrar formularios incompletos o errores de validaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Si usas una p\u00e1gina de gracias, crea un evento basado en la visualizaci\u00f3n de esa URL espec\u00edfica y m\u00e1rcalo como evento clave. Usa una ruta \u00fanica, por ejemplo <code>\/gracias-cotizacion\/<\/code>, que no se emplee para otras acciones.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_registrar_clics_en_llamadas\"><\/span>C\u00f3mo registrar clics en llamadas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n  <p>Para medir llamadas desde la web, el n\u00famero debe estar enlazado con el formato <code>tel:+5112345678<\/code>. En Google Tag Manager, crea un activador de clics en enlaces cuya URL comience con <code>tel:<\/code> y env\u00eda el evento <code>phone_click<\/code> a GA4.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Agrega par\u00e1metros como <code>link_url<\/code>, <code>page_location<\/code> y <code>cta_location<\/code>. As\u00ed podr\u00e1s saber desde qu\u00e9 p\u00e1gina y ubicaci\u00f3n \u2014cabecera, footer o bot\u00f3n de contacto\u2014 se gener\u00f3 el clic.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_medir_el_boton_de_WhatsApp\"><\/span>C\u00f3mo medir el bot\u00f3n de WhatsApp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n  <p>Configura un activador en Google Tag Manager para enlaces que contengan <code>wa.me<\/code>, <code>api.whatsapp.com<\/code> o la URL espec\u00edfica que utilice tu bot\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s, env\u00eda el evento <code>whatsapp_click<\/code> a GA4 con los mismos par\u00e1metros de ubicaci\u00f3n y URL.<\/p>\n\n  <p>Si el bot\u00f3n no es un enlace convencional, utiliza el modo Vista previa de Tag Manager para identificar una clase, ID o atributo estable. No bases el activador en un texto gen\u00e9rico como \u201cCont\u00e1ctanos\u201d, porque puede cambiar con el dise\u00f1o o aparecer en varios botones distintos.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Marca_los_eventos_clave_y_valida_antes_de_publicar\"><\/span>Marca los eventos clave y valida antes de publicar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n  <p>Cuando los eventos est\u00e9n funcionando, marca como eventos clave solo aquellos que el negocio utilizar\u00e1 para evaluar resultados: por ejemplo, <code>lead_form_submit<\/code>, <code>phone_click<\/code> y <code>whatsapp_click<\/code>.
